about the company.

We are currently looking for a Paralegal in M&A to be a part of an international law firm to work closely with partners who has extensive experience representing industry sectors from the healthcare sector to major corporations and investment banks. about the job.
  • Participating in M&A projects
  • Performing legal research and due diligence on different jurisdiction as some transations may be in ASEAN countries and some outbound deals into Europe and North America
  • Prepare legal memoranda, proof-reading and document translation
  • Drafting of legal documents including announcement and circulars

skills & experiences required.
  • Bachelor in Law
  • At least 6 months to 1 year relevant experience
  • Highly proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese with excellent translation skills
  • Be able to work under pressure
  • Team player
