about the company.

We have partnered with an international law firm to look for a paralegal to be a part of their legal support team where together with other positions they are able to design more agile and efficient strategies to deliver their legal services. You will be getting an opportunity to work across different practice areas with more focus on Dispute Resolution and Corporate. about the job.
  • Document review for an investigation or at the disclosure stage of a litigation;
  • Data Room management;
  • Document cross-checking, making document amendments and document imaging/scanning;
  • Document collation and version control; Database entry/coding, database searching and database maintenance;
  • Proofreading of documents including pleadings and official court documents;
  • Legal research (manual or electronic);
  • Supporting dispute resolution/ corporate associates

skills & experiences required.
  • Undergraduate degree in Law with at least 1 year of experience in Dispute Resolution/ Corporate
  • Excellent English and Chinese/ Mandarin skills including reading and writing
  • High level of drafting and analytical skills
  • Strong team skills with the ability to work independently as well
