job description

about the company.

We have partnered with a reputable commerce company to look for a Paralegal to work closely with their Head of Legal based in Hong Kong and international team within the APAC region.

about the job.
  • Draft, review, revise and provide comments on all sorts of commercial agreements (covering mainly China region and Hong Kong)
  • Handle all legal aspects related to personal data protection and intellectual property laws
  • Work in a small team to handle dispute cases, providing legal advice and support to different functional departments
  • Deal with regulators for applying/ renewal of license(s)
  • Other ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor

skills & experiences required.
  • University degree in Law (LLB) or related disciplines, knowledge of PRC law is an advantage
  • At least 3 years of working experience in contract review, commercial law and drafting
  • Knowledgable in telecommunications or technology industry would be preferably
  • Strong analytical skills, detailed-minded and strong interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (both Mandarin and Cantonese)
