As a Packaging Specialist, you will be responsible for
-Manage end-to-end packaging development projects for FMCG clients, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and cost-effectiveness
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers and suppliers to develop innovative and visually appealing packaging solutions
-Oversee the entire print production process, from prepress to final output, while maintaining strict adherence to brand guidelines and regulatory requirements
-Conduct on-site audits and inspections to ensure accurate color management throughout the packaging production
-Provide technical expertise and guidance to resolve any color-related issues, optimizing print quality and achieving consistent results
-Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in packaging design and print production
-Foster strong relationships with external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and vendors, to drive collaboration and achieve project objectives
-Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline packaging development workflows
-Uphold and promote a culture of excellence, quality, and continuous improvement within the packaging development team
skills & experiences required.
-Higher Diploma in any discipline
-Proven experience as in packaging development position
-Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) will be a plus
-Strong understanding of color management and color matching principles
