About the Company

This is a property developer in Hong Kong known for its quality building projects, ranges from commercial, industrial to mixed-use projects as well as its momentum to establish a strong brand name internationally. They have established high reputation in HK and Europe for their building development projects. With ongoing project pipeline, they would like to invite a QS talent to play a role as a Contracts Manager in United Kingdom.


About the Role

As a Contracts Manager, you can expect your major responsibilities to be the followings:

  • You will be involving in delivering full cycle of QS services, including but not limited to tendering, contract administration, cost estimate and control, dispute resolution, final account settlements
  • Play an important role in the project team to ensure the project is completed in a quality and timely manner as well as within the budget
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal or external stakeholders, including senior management, QS consultants, project teammates, contractors, etc.



About the Requirement

  • UK passport is required; BNO holder would also be considered; candidate who is currently based in UK would be a great advantage
  • Degree holder in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
  • Professional membership in MRICS or equivalent is required
  • At least 10 years of experience in QS, with exposure in client is preferred or in renowned QS consultancy with solid experience in commercial new building development
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin & English is required to liaise with different stakeholders
  • Work / education experience in both HK & UK is required
  • Energetic, self-driven, detail-minded and passionate individual who has excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Flexible for business trips
