key responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment delivery process for clients and candidates
- Source talents through diverse channels and present them to clients
- Consult clients and candidates on market updates and industry knowledge
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients to expand your client base
- Utilize networking, social media, and cold calling to build a robust client and candidate database
- Analyze client requirements and offer customized recruitment solutions
- Provide high-quality recruitment consultancy services to new and existing clients
- Conduct market mapping and demonstrate expertise within the line of service
skills and experience:
- Minimum 1 year of work experiences in a sales related role. Candidate with less experience will be considered as associate consultant
- Result-oriented and target driven
- Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English
- Open-minded and willing to pick up new knowledge & skills
- Must be able to work in a fast-growing pace environment
- Flexible, resourceful, and with a positive mindset
