scope
this role is responsible for sourcing permanent placements in a specific (sub) market sector; covering mid to high job profiles.
main accountabilities
- candidate management and sourcing
- client management
candidate management and sourcing
- initiate a range of sourcing activities, such as publishing vacancies, networking and conducting referrals, to ensure a regular supply of candidates that meet client's current and future demands.
- develop and manage the recruitment process for clients through sourcing, screening and qualifying candidates, briefing and preparing candidates, organising interviews and sometimes negotiating remuneration packages to ensure client needs and expectations are met in a timely manner.
- provide advice to clients and candidates on salary levels, training requirements and career progression opportunities to facilitate the recruitment process.
- develop an in-depth knowledge of client and candidate database to enable an effective job match.
client management
- initiate a range of sales and marketing activities, in accordance with the client and candidate development plan, to attract business.
- develop and maintain trusted relationships with clients to ensure a good understanding of their current and future priorities and to identify new leads within the Randstad Group.
- keep abreast of and analyse market and sector developments to support the provision of high quality advice to clients.
- prior to commencing client assignment, negotiate and agree on terms and conditions with the client, in accordance with company policies, to mitigate commercial issues or complaints.
- growth in market share of existing and prospective clients.
skills & experiences required.
- University degree or higher education discipline
- Must consistently meet both individual and team targets
- Strong communication skills with solid business development acumen is essential
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and/or Mandarin
- Must be able to work in a fast growing pace environment
- Flexible and positive work attitude is a must
- Experience in client servicing/customer service work experience is advantageous
