Our client, seen as a leading publisher here in Hong Kong, is looking for an experienced O&D to assist in planning, designing and implementing the Company's Framework to encourage good employee communication, integrate company culture and core values to improve overall organization effectiveness.
about the job.
  • Work closely with Group Director, Human Resources and business leaders / owners to plan and build programs to execute the Company’s People Development framework.
  • Collaborate with senior management to build leadership bench-strength throughout the organization by conducting competency gap analyses for emerging leaders, frontline leaders, senior leaders and executives, and design learning and organization development programs to address the needs.
  • Lead Employer Branding programs including but not limiting to the campus recruitment, hackathon.
  • Plan & facilitate programs that strengthen the implementation of company’s core values.
  • Owner of Employee Communications Plan to improve transparency, enhance employee engagement & overall company organization effectiveness .
  • Co-own the learning & development strategy in alignment with business objectives. Design and deliver both in-house and with expert third parties, training solutions that include a blended approach to learning such as coaching, classroom training, 1:1 sessions, action learning and / or e-learning, which maximizes learner participation, comprehension and application of the material. Create framework for analyzing, tracking and measuring success of learning and development programs.
skills & experiences required.
  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • 10-15 years professional experience in organization development, culture transformation or in staff training & development, gained in sizable organization.
  • Previous successful experience designing and delivering learning and development solutions and programs to meet the needs of individual contributors, emerging leaders, frontline leaders, senior leaders and executives.
  • Previous experience developing high potential and succession solutions.
  • Experience in Employees Communications a definite advantage.
  • Good project management skills with high level of accuracy, reliable, able to manage multi-tasks at a timely manner
