They currently have thousands of staff and are looking to hire a Operations Manager for their new staff canteen.
about the team.You are expected to have experience in setting up canteen/restaurant SOP as well as floor operations management. You will be reporting to the General Manager and work closely with the kitchen team. You will work 5 days a week with a bit of travel to China.

- Manage the day to day operations of staff canteen, including coordinating meal preparations, service, manpower allocation and front of house set up
- Manage canteen's inventory, ordering supplies and controlling costs to maintain operational efficiency
- Liaise with corporate management team to understand employee needs and preferences, make adjustment to the menu and service accordingly
- Handle customer feedback and complaints, implement measures to continuously improve services
- Prepare monthly operational and financial reports for senior management
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency
skills & experiences required.
- 8+ years of experience in food service operations management, preferably in a large scale corporate setting
- Strong leadership, people management and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and problem solving abilities
- Thorough understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
- Proficient in financial management and data analysis
- Experienced in staff canteen management and/or large scale premium fast-food restaurants is required
- Native in Cantonese, fluent in English and Mandarin required
