Our client, one of the reputable Chinese Banking, is seeking for a high calibre candidate to join the Operations team.

  • Handle back office operations activities, such as Inward Clearing Checks verification/ return cheque processing and Time Deposit new placement/ renewal/ withdrawal checking.
  • Handle enquiry from business units and Customer Services
  • Participate in various projects related to Inward Clearing Checks and Time Deposit
  • Perform other supervisory duties and handle ad hoc tasks as assigned
  • Perform regular/ ad hoc review on Policies & Procedures and assist Section Head to achieve process improvements

  • Degree holder with minimum 2 years’ experience in banking operations
  • Ability to handle multi-tasks in a tight schedule and willing to work overtime
  • Independent, responsible and self-motivated
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Application and Chinese Word Processing
