job description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the delivery and execution of all assigned implementations/projects in line with the clients’ expectations, either individually as a project manager or partner with another Implementation Advisor who serves as the project manager.
  • Responsibilities on account opening and client documentation, inclusive of client documentation negotiations.
  • Provide support and guidance for the Implementation and solution perspective, where required/requested, to Sales Officers during the sales process and review client proposals.
  • Lead or participate in internal initiatives/projects representing the voice of the business, taking ownership and deliver the execution of these projects. Travelling may be required. Attending conference calls after office hours may be required.
  • Ensure that Implementations/projects are delivered in accordance to the Six Sigma change process and the implementation Time-to-Revenue discipline, using the Asia Implementation Procedures as guidelines.
  • Project management, internal coordination and client communication for implementing treasury management solutions.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years’ working experience in client services, implementation, product management, project management and/or operations.
  • Knowledge/experience on account opening process and client documentation requirements.
  • Knowledge on corporate banking products, web-based electronic banking platforms and H2H solution will be an advantage.
  • A good understanding of in-country banking systems, account and liquidity structures as well as payment delivery systems would be an added advantage
  • Excellent presentation, communication, problem solving skills and a team player.
  • A proactive learner and self-starter seeking continuous improvement in all job-related aspects
  • Experience of working in an Asia/Global environment.
  • Good written and oral English and Cantonese and Mandarin.
