Providing support to the implementation of Enterprise Risk Management Framework including formalisation of policy and drive various initiatives, to ensure effective framework is in place for meeting the regulatory requirement in best practice
Providing support to regular risk reporting in respective operational risk metrics and key risk indicators which helps providing insights to management and the Board
Offering support to the (ORSA) Own Risk and Solvency Assessment process and reporting including scenarios construction for capital projection, identification of adverse drivers to the business to provide valuable insights to the management and the Board on the Key capital challenges and the management actions
Take part in the product development cycle and also facilitate the key risks identification, liaise with different business functions to formulate mitigation actions on the financial risk
Offering support to the Head of Risk in order to collaborate with Actuarial, Investment and Finance on (ALM) Asset Liability Management, which will include Strategic Asset Allocation Monitoring, Duration Management and Liquidity Management
Providing support to the Head of Risk in quantifying sales quality of the new business development

skills & experiences required.

Majoring in Actuarial, Finance, Accounting, Statistic or Risk Management
3 - 5 years of experiences in insurance and opoerational risk management
Insurance Operational Risk experience background is preferred
Understanding to operational risk or financial risk management is expected
