job description

Our client is one of the largest multinational banking groups in the world. They are looking for talented person to join the operations team.

Responsibilities:

  • Support different scanning and document handling activities
  • Perform testing during new system rollouts/ upgrades
  • Ensure smooth operations with efficiency and accuracy
  • Facilitate the review of processes and documents
  • Communicate with internal users on daily document handling tasks, including urgent case handling or enquiries
  • Prepare daily volume tracker

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently while being a team player
  • Willing to learn and good learning ability
  • Independent to work and good communication skill
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Immediately available is preferable
