- You will manage both financial and non-financial policy servicing transactions in various administration systems in target turnaround time.
- You will follow up customer’s service requests end-to-end until its completion.
- You will work closely with both internal and external parties to settle customer’s service requests.
- You will handle both on-and-offline enquiries and complaints from customers and business partners.
- You will review daily operation issues with management and promote relevant enhancement.
- You will participate in assigned projects.
skills & experiences required
- You are a Bachelor Degree Holder, preferably with FLMI.
- You are preferably with 2+ years experience in Insurance operations.
- You have knowledge of different entity structure, AML guidelines, FATCA and CRS requirements.
- You have strong interpersonal, influencing and management skills.
- You are customer-oriented, people-centric and a team player.
