- You will handle distributor enquiry on aspects of Underwriting, Policy Administration and Claims.
- You will provide excellent end to end service with a positive customer mindset.
- You will identify distributors’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions.
- You will build sustainable relationships and engage distributors.
- You will anticipate escalation and take over calls when needed.
- You will prepare monthly/ annual results and performance reports.
skills & experiences required
- You are a Bachelor Degree Holder or above
- You have 1-2 years of experience in customer contact / service center in insurance / financial industry
- You have strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
