About the company

Our client is an international law firm headquartered in London. With its expertise in legal services and varied international client list, it’s widely regarded as one of the most prestigious law firms in the world. We’re currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Office/ Operations Manager to oversee the corporate administration duties in their Hong Kong office.



Job Descriptions

You will be responsible to ensure the smooth operation by leading an administration team of 15-20 people, and manage corporate administration duties.

  • Establish and maintain equipment & facilities management, vendor management, procurement, security, housekeeping functions
  • Supervise the administration team, organise and execute their workflow
  • Prepare proposals, budgeting and monthly reports
  • Formulate general office procedures, documents and policies
  • Liaise with internal departments and top management to ensure a smooth office operation
  • Assist in other ad hoc projects in the office such as office renovation or maintenance
  • Participate and provide logistics and on-site support on company events while necessary



Skills & experiences required

  • Bachelor Degree or above
  • Excellent command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience achieved from medium to large scaled office (previous working experience in law firms, banking and financial services firm are desirable)
  • Previous experience in leading administrative or secretarial team is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated, flexible, fast-paced, well-organised, detail-oriented and able to multitask
