- Support office relocation and renovation etc.
- Arrange meetings and room scheduling
- Maintain supplies inventory
- Support in research and reports
skills & experiences required.
- Degree holder is a must
- 6-12 years of relevant experiences
- Flexible, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure
- Proficient in PC Skills, MS Office and word processing
- Great interpersonal and communication skills (English, Cantonese, and Mandarin)
