Our client is a market leader in the retail industry. They are keen to find a multi-dimensional Office Manager who will be crucial to running a dynamic office environment. The desired candidate will have had some experience in a busy office environment, ideally a knowledge of retails or luxury.

about the team.

  • Reception duties, including answering incoming calls and emails and scheduling appointments
  • Arranges travel and accommodation plans for executives when required
  • Manages health and safety as well as fire regulations within the office
  • Actively communicate with executive level partners, external partners and enforcements
  • Budget planning and orders office supplies
  • Preparing daily news updates and crisis management

skills & experiences required.

  • 5-10 years of relevant experiences
  • Flexible, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure
  • Knowledge of retails/ luxury brands
  • Proficient in PC Skills, MS Office and word processing
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills (English, Cantonese, and Mandarin)
