job description

As a Office Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • ordering office supplies and keeping them neat and orderly
  • a full range of administrative support including day-to-day office operation, facilities management, equipment maintenance
  • managing meeting rooms and arrange cleaners and maintenance
  • assist with general HR tasks relating to company medical insurance, recruitment job posting, new hire on-boarding

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years related working experience
  • excellent command of spoken and written English. Fluent Mandarin an advantage
  • good project management skills with high level of accuracy, reliable, able to manage multi-tasks at a timely manner
