About the Company

Our Client is a fast growing Financial Services Company, providing banking, insurance and MPF businesses. They are currently looking for an Office Assistant who is mainly focus on Mailing room and outdoor duties to join their dynamic Admin team.

Job tasks and responsibilities

  • Mail collection, recording and distribution;
  • Outdoor duties, such as delivering outgoing mail to clients or post office;
  • Document filing and photocopying;
  • Manage and order stationery / office supply orders;
  • Assisting in coordinating of staff activities and office operation;
  • Other administrative support to staff as required.

Skills and experience

  • Minimum 1 years experience in Office Assistant, clerk or similar role
  • Previous experience in mailing service and outdoor delivery is an advantage
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Highly adaptable/flexible
  • Able to work independently
