About the Company

Our Client is a leading Financial Service Company with solid growth in market share in Finance and banking industry. They are currently expanding and looking for an Office Assistant who is highly efficient, effective and flexible in their role.

Job tasks and responsibilities

The role will consist of such duties as the following:

  • Mail collection, recording and distribution;
  • Document filing and photocopying;
  • Manage and order stationery / office supply orders;
  • Delivering outgoing mail to clients or post office;
  • Assisting in coordinating of staff activities and office operation;
  • Other administrative support to staff as required.

Skills and experience

  • Minimum 5 years experience in Office Assistant, Administration or similar role
  • Past experience in mailing room will be highly preferred
  • Confident in using Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Experience in administration or similar role
  • Highly adaptable/flexible
  • Able to work independently
