About the company

Our client is a well-established consulting firm specialises in high-end real estate market investment. To support their dynamic business operations, they're now looking for an Office Administrator to provide a wide-range of administrative support to their CEO and the office operation.

Main Responsibilities

Directly reporting to the company CEO, you will be responsible to:

  • Provide full spectrum of office administration duties, including reception counter services, office procurement, filling & documentations and equipment & facilities maintenance etc.
  • Handle enquiries, phone calls and couriers
  • Assist in HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations duties
  • Prepare bookkeeping, budgeting and monthly reports for CEO
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned



Skills & Experience required

To be successful in this role, you must possess:



  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in office administration or HR field (previous experiences in small-scaled and family office would be advantageous)
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Detail-oriented, well-organised, proactive and will-to-do attitude
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
