About the job
As a successful office administrator, you will be responsible to:
  • Responsible for providing office administrative support such as reception task, office renovation
  • Manage office equipment, facilities and procurement processes
  • Prepare monthly reports and logistics support to company events/ functions
  • Coordinate between departments in resolving day-to-day administrative and operational issues

Skills & experiences required
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
  • Diploma of above
  • 3 year solid office administrative experience
  • Mature and well manner with good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, detail-oriented and strong sense of responsibility
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Proficient in use of MS office applications
