Our client is a highly successful Global Medical Company. They have many branches over the world and looking for an energetic and ambitious Receptionist and Office Administrator to join their company. This is a fast -paced, organised and sizeable working environment. You will need to work closely and provide support to your colleague.

about the job.

Receptionist duties:

  • Greeting and providing excellent customer service to incoming guests and staff
  • Arrange reservations of conference rooms, appointments and meetings for management
  • Handling and answering incoming inquiries via telephone or email, taking messages, and directing to the relevant people
  • Arrange reservations of conference rooms, appointments and meetings for management
  • Maintain stock and office supplies as required
  • Additional Ad-hoc tasks as required

Administrative duties:

  • Perform full scope office admin support to the company
  • Responsible for office maintenance, procurement, stock take, facilities management, system checking, documentation etc
  • Manage Travel and Accommodation arrangement and expense reimbursement for Management Team
  • Assist HR team in organizing Corporate Events for staff engagment and client network
  • Supervise Pantry assistant and cleaning staff
  • other adhoc administrative duties as required

skills & experiences required.

  • Min 3 years working experience in Receptionist/ Office admin
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and mandarin
  • A "can do" attitude that enables you to work well in a sizeable working environment
  • Friendly customer service manner and strong interpersonal skills
  • Computer skills with proven efficiency in the Microsoft suite of programs (Word, Outlook and Excel)
