- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the office, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling phone calls.
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs, ensuring a safe and comfortable working environment for all staff.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely replenishment.
- Assist in the coordination of company events and meetings, including logistical arrangements and preparation of materials.
- Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and electronic, ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval of information.
- Assist in the coordination of travel arrangements and accommodations for staff.
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed
skills & experiences required.
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with insurance industry terminology is a plus.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
