Job Description:
  • Partner, consult, and provide proactive solutions to clients' needs ranging from reward, talent management, organization development, change management & etc
  • Manage projects & work-streams including project planning, client engagement and quality assurance for successful project delivery and client satisfaction
  • Provide support and advisory on compensation proposals, job evaluation, job benchmarking, pay structure revamp exercise , salary structure review, or any other C&B related tasks or projects
  • Design HR people strategies on employee retention and engagement, succession planning, and company culture enhancement in order to improve employee satisfaction and engagement in the workplace
  • Conduct data analysis and consolidation
  • Participate in ad hoc consultancy project
Skills & Experiences required:
  • Bachelor Degree
  • Minimium 1 year of employment experience or solid Internship experience in HR/Business Analysis
  • Candidate with Consultancy background is a definite advantage
  • Excellent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
