Our client is a leading conglomerate with a strong presence in the APAC region. Telecommunication is one of their core businesses. They serve more than millions users globally. They are now looking for a NOC Supervisor and a NOC Engineer to join their sizeable network operation team.

Support and Monitor daily operations of the network operation center
Maintain network system performance in a good condition
Provide first level support and troubleshooting
Provide support to customers' enquiries
Take part in network enhancement projects

skills & experiences required.

Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
At least 1 year’s relevant experience in the telecommunication industry. Candidates with more than 5 years’ experience will be considered as Senior NOC Engineer/ NOC Supervisor.
Good Command in spoken and written in both English and Chinese
Shift allowance is provided
