You will be the key point of contact of technology issues
Providing L2 - L3 support to respective department with a day-to-day troubleshooting
You will be involved with an end-to-end large employment projects from designing, implementation and deployment
You will be collaborating with the Global Offices with the participation of technical meetings to ensure technical solutions and enforces standard Network Infrastructure
Monitoring the infrastructure and enhancing to improve systems/applications efficiency

skills & experiences required.

Minimum 3 years of IT professional experience
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field
Experience in troubleshooting, maintenance, implementation and upgrading systems/applications
Strong exposure with Cisco environment
Hands-on experience with Cloud service provider is a plus
Strong problem-solving and Communication skills
Valid certifications such as CCNA, CCIE, CCNP or others is a plus
