Managing the Network infrastructure (WAN, LAN, Security, Wireless, and VoIP) to meet regional requirements and adhere to Global and Regional guidelines.
Administering and deploying Cisco wireless technology.
Developing and documenting operational procedures and user manuals for Network infrastructure and projects.
Planning, managing, and delivering various network infrastructure projects under the guidance of the Assistant Network Manager.
Providing day-to-day support for business activities and handling tier 2 support related to Infrastructure and Network areas.
Adhering strictly to the group's change management process.
Analyzing and validating existing systems, and establishing standards for technical procedures and designs.
Ensuring proper security measures are in place and conducting audits for the regional network estate.
Performing regular performance analysis and monitoring to facilitate capacity planning.
Conducting regular reviews and providing proposals for technology refreshment.
Continuously improving support operations and processes while managing costs effectively.

skills & experiences required.

Minimum 2 years of network experience
Knowledge of Cisco WLC, Cisco Prime/WCS, Cisco routers, L2/L3 switches, Cisco TACACS, Network Monitoring Systems, and Cloud solutions (e.g., Zscaler)
Familiarity with Disaster Recovery planning and solutions, DNS/DHCP, Cisco ASA and Checkpoint firewalls, Juniper SSL-VPN, F5 Load-balancer, Riverbed WAN accelerator or Cisco/Polycom IPT
Demonstrated ability to independently solve complex problems and develop innovative solutions for large-scale networks
Proficiency in conducting cost/benefit analysis
A track record of meeting or exceeding deadlines in uncertain environments
Ability to work effectively in a team environment with aggressive deadlines and multiple priorities
