Directly reporting to PM in HongKong, you will work in their Hong Kong office and coordinate with other team in Shanghai , you will be responsible for

Utilize AutoCAD software to participate in the creation of various types of drawings, including design, schematic, layout, construction, construction engineering, SEM, and as-built drawings.
Take responsibility for coordinating and communicating with internal and external stakeholders regarding the drawings, demonstrating the ability to make independent judgments.
Possess basic knowledge of water supply and drainage systems, including water circulation, supply, drainage, sewage treatment, and the design and installation of related components.
Collaborate in the preparation of construction plans, encompassing design, installation, operation, and maintenance.
Provide assistance in on-site construction coordination and supervision.
Fulfill any additional tasks assigned by superior leaders to contribute to the team's success

About the Requirement

Degree holder with at least 5 years of working experience in MVAC, water supply design
Familiar with mechanical (mechanical and electrical) design and construction service knowledge,especially installation procedures and regulations, on-site risk analysis, on-site logistics and planning
Have good project site management and practical experience, understand construction safety knowledge, and be familiar with construction processes.
Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
