Our client is a local fashion company that carries a reknown intimate wear/lingerie label with growing presence in Hong Kong. The label is famous for its functionality, style and elegance across Asian customers. Due to increasing demand and growing opportunity in the consumer market, they are looking for a Multi-Store Manager to manage all retail stores in Hong Kong and potentially would like to groom him/her to become a retail department head. about the team. You will be managing 6-10 stores and report into the General Manager. The stores are spread across HK Island, Kowloon and New Territories. You will be expected to travel amongst stores frequently so to understand the challenges retail team faces on a daily basis. about the job.
  • Set KPIs and motivate retail staff to achieve business objectives
  • Create and implement retail operations SOPs and ensure operational efficiency
  • Coach and train retail staff on selling skills, product knowledge, customer service skills regularly
  • Develop talent from within to perform operational and administrative tasks
  • Regular meetings with retail staff to understand challenges, opportunities and customer feedback. Revert comment to senior management for business decision purposes
  • Review market updates and competitor trends, spot business opportunities and come up with strategic plans for senior management's review

skills & experiences required.
  • 5+ years of experience in retail store management at a supervisory position; preferbaly with multi-store management experience
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record in driving retail efficency and staff performance
  • Experienced in store relocations and new store opening
  • Proficient in Cantonese and Mandarin is a MUST
  • Open to candidates who are currently Store Managers / Retail Operations / Retail Training
