Our client is one of the global leading companies in pharmaceutical industries. They are now looking for a Digital Marketing Director to lead their team to Create and execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns by leveraging analytics and marketing metrics.


  • Drive strategy and implementation of online marketing across the region, working with both regional and local stakeholders to ensure online brand consistency and result.
  • Lead of a digital marketing team in a complex matrixed environment with a focus on multi-channel marketing, customer profiling, analytics, affinity selling, mobile technology
  • Align communication plans with vendors and agencies to ensure timely execution of projects
  • Be the brand experience custodian, by placing customers at the centre of strategy development and implementation
  • Measure the effectiveness and business impact of marketing activities and provide consultation to team on capability of the digital platform


  • Degree holder in marketing, digital or other related discipline
  • At least 5 years solid digital marketing experience, agency background and working experience from healthcare, pharmaceutical company would be a good advantage
  • Proven experience in CRM, SEO optimisation and web analyticsPassion for revenue-driven digital marketing - strategy, development, execution of digital campaigns all have lead generation as their end goal
  • Expertise in the major online platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
