about the job.

Understand the data system thoroughly, leading data processing and analysis for the data mart, designingdata collection and integration requirements, and building data model, data management warehouses and data marts within risk fucntion
Conduct internal and third-party data evaluation and exploration to optimize the depth and value of internal and external data applications.
Collaborate with business and R&D teams to drive the assessment, and form effective data insights through data analysis.
Develop and optimize algorithm to estimate and control the risk at various stages according to business needs, including but not limited to scorecards, marketing models, and response models

skills & experiences required.

Bachelor degree or above in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields.
With solid 5 years or more of data analytics within risk function
With experience in big data analysis, machine learning modeling is highly preferred
Proficiency in SQL, Python, SAS, or R
Profound knowledge of data mining, statistical learning, deep learning, and related algorithms. Possess algorithm engineering capabilities to optimize models for business scenarios and enhance operational efficiency.
Strong communication skills, analytical decision-making, judgment capabilities, and problem-solving skills. Sensitivity to data with self-driven research capabilities.
Strong logical thinking abilities, meticulousness, patience, responsibility, and adept at problem analysis and resolution.
Proficiency in Mandarin and English
