As a Merchandising Manager / Product Development Manager, you will be responsible for
-Develop and execute merchandising strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives and drive sales growth
-Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
-Work closely with product design and production teams to ensure that new products are launched on time and meet customer needs
-Manage the product life cycle from product development to product delivery
-Develop and manage merchandising budgets, ensuring that spending is aligned with business goals and priorities
-Conduct competitive analysis and keep up-to-date with industry trends to ensure that the company remains competitive in the market
-Manage and mentor a team of merchandiser, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their performance goals and contributing to the overall success of the company
skills & experiences required.
-Bachelor's degree in supply chain, textile, operation management or a related field
-Over 5 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in the lingerie or fashion industry
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
-Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to mentor and develop a team of associates
-Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
