- Manage market inventory including model stock assortment, local market stock request and related merchandising opportunities through reviewing and supporting sell through performance results
- Coordinate with functional heads to prepare budgets and sales strategies to achieve sales objectives, market share, and brand image
- Review product sales performance to challenge and improve inventory efficiencies and optimize business growth
- Coordinate with headquarters for the Fine Jewelry merchandises including construct product assortments, arrange stock replenishment
- Assess existing and recommend the right product mix; procure a merchandise plan that meets the market trends as well as the company long-term business objectives
- Monitor store operations which includes stock management, in-store promotion, inventory control and security
- Build a strong vendor portfolio and positive vendor relationships to ensure the swift and smooth flow of merchandise for retail and other selling channels
- Set competitive pricing points and work closely with retail and other business units and expand successful product lines while balancing with market trend and consumer demand
- Provide analytics and reports with in depth insights for management key business decisions
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor's degree in related discipline
- 10+ years of experience in merchandising, preferably within luxury retail industry
- Honest, good communication skill and self- motivated
- Able to work under pressure and fast-paced environment
- Good multi-tasking and problem solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint and SAP system
- Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
