As a Merchandising & Product Development Manager (Consumer Electronic), you will be responsible for
-Oversee the sourcing and product development process for consumer electronic
-Manage and support both immediate and wider teams to achieve key objectives and maintain exceptional service levels for internal and external customers
-Proactively oversee the entire product lifecycle, including supplier management and continuous review against business requirements
-Collaborate with the Sourcing Director to set budgets for allocated product categories and guide the category team in achieving performance targets
-Monitor, identify, and recommend appropriate actions to mitigate risks related to sourcing and category management.
-Contribute to the development and validation of sourcing and category strategies.
skills & experiences required.
-Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or a related field
-Over 10 years of experience in product management, preferably in the consumer electronics or retail industry
-Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle
-Strong analytical skills and ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies
-Excellent communication and leadership abilities to effectively collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders
-Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
