As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for
...
-Prepare quote sheets, arrange samples, and provide sales support activities to facilitate the sales process
-Process sales orders and production orders, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
-Coordinate with sub-contractors and customers to monitor shipment and production schedules, ensuring on-time deliveries
-Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate effective communication and coordination between sales, production, and logistics departments
-Maintain accurate records and documentation related to sales, production, and shipment activities
skills & experiences required.
-Higher Diploma in Business, Logistic and Supply Chain, or a related field
-Proven experience in merchandising, preferably in the toy industry
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-Excellent communication and coordination abilities
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
-Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
