As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for
- Conduct market research to identify popular gift trends and customer preferences
- Source and select a wide range of gift products, ensuring quality and competitive pricing
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and conditions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling product displays and promotions
- Monitor inventory levels and make strategic recommendations for stock replenishment
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain or any related field
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or Buyer, preferably in the gift industry
- Proven track record of successfully curating and managing gift product lines
- Strong knowledge of market trends and customer preferences
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
