About the Job
- Facilitate the development of new business relationships and enhance existing ones, ensuring equitable outcomes for all customers
- Assist in communicating new products, propositions, and pertinent market information to clients
- Support initiatives for enhancing distribution channel personnel skills, including sales coaching and product training
- Contribute to strategies aimed at generating new business, increasing revenue, and activating new distribution channels
- Collaborate with stakeholders such as branch managers, relationship managers, and product specialists to optimize cross-selling opportunities
- Engage in events and activities to identify new business prospects
- Safeguard the company's reputation and maintain an appropriate risk profile through thorough credit and customer due diligence
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
- Strong commercial insight and business acumen with the ability to identify key compliance and risk issues affecting performance
- Holder of Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination, including Papers 1, 3, and 5
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
- Team player with enthusiasm for driving and implementing projects, while also capable of independent initiative to achieve results
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
- Strong communication skills, focusing on business considerations without technical jargon
- Proficient problem-solving abilities across a wide range of issues
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
