About the company:

Our client is a renowned IT /Technology company which is greatly influential in the global market. As a global key provider in cloud computing platforms and APIs for companies and even governments, they are now looking for an experienced Marketing Operation Manager. The candidate will look after the entire marketing operation processes for Hong Kong & Taiwan region, covering business planning and budget management, Reporting & Performance Management, data mining and report analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct report to the Head of Marketing Operations in Greater China and manage all marketing operation processes for Hong Kong and Taiwan markets
  • Deliver business planning, budget management, purchasing order/purchasing requisition and vendor governance
  • Develop annual targets for HK and Taiwan markets by coordinating with internal operation team in Greater China and global team
  • Consolidate the feedback and data from sales & marketing team in order to meet the performance targets via strategies, priority and efficiency enhancement
  • Manage the cycle of business planning and process review to meet the timeline and business growth
  • Identify business analytics and manage dashboards & reports for measurement of marketing activities
  • Develop regular marketing operations and campaign reviews to generate tactic marketing strategies and enhance effectivity of marketing plans’ execution
  • Provide ongoing metrics and reports to support marketing program/ campaign effectiveness and ROI
  • Maintain the global database to meet compliance, not limited to data acquisition, cleansing & profile enrichment within AWS systems
  • Manage and deliver data-driven research with insights to maintain multi-level segmentation of database
  • Utilize diverse strategies to control, maintain and enhance the marketing database in areas of – process, standards, access control, and documentation

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operation in B2B technology industry
  • Familiar with Datawarehouse, SQL, SFDC and Marketo is an advantage
  • Familiar with developing and implementing effective marketing automation, tools, governance
  • Bachelor holder in Marketing / Mathematics / Statistics / Business / Finance or any relevant disciplines
  • Able to multi-task, meet tight timeline and work systematically
  • Capable to work with other departments including sales, finance and global operation teams
  • Strong capacity to work with sales team to drive pipeline and revenue
  • Enthusiastic in process improvement and IT industry
  • Highly proficient in both English and Mandarin
