job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyse competitive positioning and develop marketing strategies;
  • Develop, plan, execute and optimize marketing campaigns;
  • Manage and anchor end to end process of new product launches to assist sales department to achieve business targets;
  • Review and analyse brand marketing performance to identify performance gaps for proposed action plans;
  • Monitor trends and reports to ensure forward planning and new ideas creation for brand exposure;
  • Responsible for tracking A&P spend and measure results of key campaigns for continuous improvements;
  • Negotiate and execution of product events within the assigned timeline;
  • Prepare reports on brand performance and marketing expenses reports;
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in respective areas as determine by management.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/Marketing;
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in b2b Marketing;
  • Possess strong planning and organizational skills;
  • Possess good digital marketing knowledge;
  • Able to work independently with good problem-solving skills;
  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
