about the company

Our client is a well-known consumer brand with great reputation in the market. Currently, they are looking for a Marketing Manager to join their HK team. Ideally you should have solid experience in Retail Marketing & Brand Communications space.
about the job

1. Manage and Implement the marketing plan for his/her brands

  • Define the strategy for the Brand Positioning, Retail Marketing, Communication and Media Planning
  • Approve the local marketing operations, while respecting the Brand’s values and image.
  • Analyse and recommend forecasts in line with brand marketing plan priorities.
  • Monitor the implementation of the brand marketing plan.
  • Approve the development of all local operational activities.

2. Monitoring and analysing the markets

  • Collect, analyse and summarise information on the markets’ activities.
  • Draw up reports on the qualitative and quantitative results of major promotions.
  • Make recommendations for the marketing plan and marketing mix.

3. Marketing plans

  • Present and promote the marketing plans, objectives and strategies internally and externally.
  • Communicating rules to the management for the implementation of the operational marketing strategy.
  • Informing all the players involved of any changes in the marketing plan or specific developments.

4. Manage forecasting requirements for brands by reviewing and analysing monthly sales trends alongside Area Sales Managers.

5. Accountable for Brand Rejuvenation Project while scoping with Regional Brand Guidelines.

6. Manage an Operating Marketing Budget.



skills & experiences required
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or Business studies
  • 5+years experience in Brand Marketing & Communications. Agency / in-house experience are both welcome, ideally within the consumer product space.
  • Re-branding / re-launching experience involving retail channels would definitely be a plus.
  • Possess strong coordination and project management skills
  • Good command in English and Chinese
