- Define product strategy and roadmap based on the assigned market requirements and uniqueness
- Take part in new product development process, providing market insights on product positioning, pricing, competitors analysis to R&D team
- Facilitate in regulatory affairs to ensure products that roll out to market is complied to specific standards of the market
- Collaborate with buyers and sales team to ensure marketing plans are executed smoothly
- Understand market and consumer trends while identifying market insights to formulate effective marketing campaigns and promotion strategies to grow commercial goals
- Support regional markets including China on marketing events, campaign conceptualisation. Lead overall planning and liaison with external parties
- Collect campaigns feedback and share insights with senior management for review
- Lead all ATL, BTL, CRM and digital marketing initiatives and ensure campaigns are executed timely and within budget
- Responsible for external partnerships and marketing sponsorships to grow brand acquisitions
- Plan and implement CRM strategies to acquire and retain customers while increasing conversion
skills & experiences required.
- Degree or above in Marketing, Business Management or any relevant disciplines
- 5+ years of marketing and product management experience within the FMCG/Food/Health sector
- CRM experience is required
- Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Team player, ability to work under pressure
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Self motivated and enjoy working in large teams
