Marketing Manager

Our client is an f&b chain with over 100 stores in Hong Kong. With the rapid growth of the business, the company is expanding the team and looking to hire a Marketing Manager to lead corporate branding and retail marketing campaigns.

  • Lead a team of 3
  • Fast-moving and dynamic working environment
  • Growing and financially stable business

about the job.

  • Plan year-round integrated marketing strategies for the star brand of the company
  • Lead the development of company website and social media platforms (e.g. facebook)
  • Plan the year-round social media calendar and lead the development of online messages
  • Develop partnership with business partners and promote joint-promotional activities
  • Develop POSM for the retail stores (e.g. menu display, tent card, visual merchandising) and seasonal promotional campaigns
  • Develop corporate marketing strategies that align with the corporate brand

skills & experiences required.

  • Degree holder of Marketing, Communications, Business, or any related discipline
  • 8+ years of experience in integrated marketing
  • Experience in fast food / mass f&b chains / restaurant groups is a MUST
  • Excellent stakeholders management and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
