Reporting to the Marketing Manager and work alongside with Brand Managers, Product Managers, New Product Development Team and Logistic Managers, you will be working cross regionally but base in Hong Kong. - Collaborate internally on website management including but not limited to online content creation, platform promotions, new product launches and other relevant campaigns
- Maintain product content for the region according to product introduction schedule and the region's required language
- Handle online customers' enquiries across all digital channels
- Support marketing team on go to market strategies during new product introduction periods
skills & experiences required.
- Degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration or any relevant disciplines
- 1 year of digital marketing experience for FMCG/Retail/Beauty or any relevant industry with website management duties
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is required
