handle and optimise CRM programme
help with data analysis as well as system enhancement and the maintenance of CRM programme
assist in CRM project development on process automation and customer journey mapping. Work closing with other departments to ensure the operation & CRM strategy works well

skills & experiences required.

around 2-4 years experiences in CRM, customer related analytic projects or loyalty marketing, preferably with previous exposure in hospitality, shopping malls and luxury retails
hands-on experience in CRM programme development, operation, system enhancement and maintenance, data analysis and customer segmentation from retail industry
excellent communication and organisational skills
excellent command in written and spoken Chinese and English
