About the company

Our client is a listed company with wide range of products covering both Hong Kong and International retail markets. Currently, they are looking for enthusiastic talents to be part of their Marketing (CRM, Loyalty) team.

About the Job

  • Plan and execute loyalty programs logistics from end to end
  • Prepare customer communication including SMS / MMS and digital medium for targeted customer groups
  • Monitor offer effectiveness and quota system with daily updates of retention programs
  • Prepare retention program results update and post launch analysis
  • Conduct analysis to identify cross sell and up-sell potential among in-base customers
  • Monitor customer base movement by providing regular segment analysis
  • Monitor and enhance retention program logistic flow


  • Degree in Marketing / Business Administration or related disciplines
  • 2 years of experience in CRM / Loyalty Marketing
  • Analytical mind and able to literate the concept of customer journey
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to work independently
  • Proficient in MS office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Words and Chinese Typing)
  • Good team player with positive attitude
