- Develop and execute marketing communication strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing platforms.
- Create compelling marketing content, including brochures, presentations, articles, and website materials, to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
- Manage the production of marketing collaterals, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Support the development and execution of distribution strategies to maximize sales and distribution channel effectiveness.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for product positioning and differentiation.
- Monitor marketing campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights to optimize marketing activities and improve ROI.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners, such as advertising agencies and media vendors, to drive successful marketing initiatives.
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing communication and distribution support roles within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing communication strategies and campaigns.
- Strong creative and copywriting skills, with the ability to craft engaging marketing content.
- Excellent project management abilities, with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven marketing decisions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (both written and spoken).
