about the company.

We are currently looking for a Marketing Assistant to be a part of a dynamic team in a multinational law firm in their Hong Kong office. You will be responsible for assisting the execution of the firm's marketing and business development strategies working closely with the Marketing & Communications Manager and Marketing Coordinator.about the job.This role will involve regular engagement with lawyers and staff of all levels and requires critical thinking and the ability to handle multiple projects:
  • Support all areas of marketing focusing on brand building initiatives as well as work with client relationship management systems
  • Provide full support for the firm's physical and virtual events programme
  • Update and design marketing materials in line with the firm's brand guidelines
  • Contribute to legal directories and award submissions
  • Update and distribute thought leadership reports through the firm's system, optimise content across the firm's digital channels including the website and social media channels
skills & experiences required.
  • Bachelor of Marketing, Business, Commerce, Law or related fields
  • At least 1 to 2 years of working experience
  • Experience in executing marketing programmes including events, publications and other marketing communication tools would be highly advantageous
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin as you will be drafting marketing collaterals
