job description

Our client, a listed company and they are currently looking for a Market Research Manager to deliver effective marketing programs, including the management and engagement of cross functional project.


Responsibilities

  • Assisted to formulate & execute marketing plan to grow customers base thru customer lifecycle management activities
  • Coordinating with various internal departments including sales channels, IT and database marketing on end-to-end program logistics, to grow customer base thru contract extension and churn management activities.
  • Analyse and keep track on the program result to identify area of improvement
  • Regular review and enhance retention policy and process based on customer need-state and profitability
  • Monitor market trend, business performance and conduct usage analysis to initiate different ARPU uplift programs to improve business performance
  • To work closely with internal stakeholders


Requirements

  • Degree holder with 8 years marketing management experience in telecommunication industry
  • Proactive, well-groomed, team-player and work under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Experience in data usage analysis and customers program management
